TBI has technical, administrative and physical safeguards in place to help protect against unauthorized access to, the use of or disclosure of customer information we maintain. All information gathered via the internet or any other means is stored within databases that are accessibly only by TBI employees. All access to our databases and systems are password protected and our network resides behind firewalls to prevent any unauthorized access.
However, as effective as any security measure implemented by TBI, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet, and you do so at your own risk. TBI will make the best efforts to ensure that your information is secure whilst its transmissions to our systems.
We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from children and we are a member of Cybertips (www.cybertips.bm). For all TBI services, we perform checks to ensure that individuals are within the legal age to subscribe to the service and TBI has the authority to discontinue any service in the event that the customer does not abide by our service policy and standards.
