TBI’s network currently has three points of presence (“PoP”) with facilities located in St. David’s, Bermuda; New York City, New York; and Miami, Florida. TBl has designed its network and operational facilities to be scalable and has invested in leading-edge network components that support its customers’ expansion requirements and new product development initiatives.

TBI has successfully developed a strong partnership with Tier 1 Global Telecommunication and Managed IT service providers to form a strong technical, commercial and customer focused organization that has successfully developed innovative solutions to meet our customer requirements in Bermuda and globally.
Access to Bermuda Based Local Loop Providers
TBI has interconnect agreements with all Bermuda based local loop providers including Bermuda Telephone Company (BTC) and Quantum Communications. With both BTC and Quantum, TBI has primary and redundant secondary routes to meet our clients’ requirements for a reliable and redundant network access circuits.
